With Essentials, you get 4 videos a month. Momentum gives you 8. And Premier usually gets you about 15, but it varies based on how quick you are with feedback and revisions.

With Essentials and Momentum, you'll usually see your edits in 3 days or less. Premier plans get them in 2 days or less, but complex stuff takes a bit longer.

If you're on the Essential or Momentum Plans, and you've already got your 4 or 8 videos for the month, it might be a good idea to wait until the end of your billing cycle to pause.

This way, when you start up again, you're ready to roll without waiting for the last cycle to complete.

On the flip side, if you're rocking the Premier Plan and don't need any edits right now, pausing whenever makes sense, so you can keep those unused days for when you do need them.
